Fight credits and cosmetics

Purchases are digital items delivered instantly. If something went wrong (you were charged but didn't get your item, you were charged twice, or you bought by mistake and haven't used it), contact us within 14 days and we'll refund you through Polar.

What happens on a refund

Refunded credits are removed from your wallet and refunded cosmetics are removed from your fighter. Credits never convert back to money otherwise: they have no cash value and can't be withdrawn.
